Our realtor asked us to be present for the buyer's inspection because of our property's unusual features. Nothing like watching one of your work vans flying down Quadra speeding way above 50km/hr going in and out of traffic with no turn signals or regard for safety. Maybe drive like that when you’re not driving around with the business on the side of the vehicle.
