I love the cookies from this place so I’ve decided to get a cookie cake for my son’s birthday this year. The cookie cake I’ve ordered feeds 5-8 people for $36 plus tips totaling $42…but i was so disappointed when the delivery person brought the cake up to me…the cake that I’ve paid for $42 was only like a bit bigger than the size of his palm when handed it to me…i definitely will not order the cookie cake from here anymore…although i realized their cookie size has shrink a bit but i might be better off ordering dozens of coo... read more
Sweet treats with sweet services
Ordered a cookie cake after work for a coworker and arrived to pick it up only to be told “no one told the worker” about the order, so it wasn’t even started. I was then told it would take another 15 minutes, but the employee still could not clearly tell me whether I could get a refund if I didn’t wait. Ended up stuck choosing between leaving without my money or waiting even longer after an already long shift. Really disappointing experience and poor communication overall.
