Was in the bakery with my fraternity brothers Saturday night. The server made a joke that made us all laugh out loud. It just so happens that every single one of us are bald…I was the only one in the group in a ball cap…she asked “what are the “ ball” brothers up to this evening,,,” we all hollered be cause it was true…I did asked her how did she know I was bald under my cap…she agreed…I pulled my cap off…more laughter because she was on point! Both servers made our experience even better than the delicious cookies!
The staff is so nice shy was amazing to me! Cookies where so soft and warm; I will be coming back again
Fire everyone. How can a place care this little about who they staff? This is an embarrassment. And this is suppose to be the flagship. You’d think they would hire competent individuals. I lost a lot of respect for them after my visit.
