I ordered four cookies on Uber eats. Three of them were okay. The fourth was still raw. I picked it up and it literally fell apart into several gooey pieces. I wanted to call to address this but the person on the other line hung up twice. I have spent hundreds of dollars on cookies on different occasions always enjoying them. But it looks like I will have to spend my money else where. I was hoping to talk to someone to try and make it right but apparently they don't care.
This is my favorite location. It is consistent and the staff (particularly Lewinsky?) is always such a joy. You can tell she is the life of the place.

bad cookies, bad service :(
I came here on Tuesday night 6/17/25. Overall not a good experience. Smaller scoops than other center city locations I have been to. Staff not friendly and looked annoyed when I asked to sample a flavor. Would not come back.
