Updating my review after latest visit on April 10 night and experiencing positive improvement and good service. The ice cream was provided in closed container as opposed to last time. The order taker were polite and professional. Went to this store on Nov 21 at 6 PM. The ice cream to go with cookie order was put in card box which is ridiculous. Rachel was super helpful and sweet! She recommended for us to try the PB and J cookie and oh my wow! Amazing Annnnd she wrapped my gluten free cookie separately ! How thoughtful
I ordered cookies and ice cream last night, but the ice cream was never delivered. When I called the store, an employee named Evans snickered and said he had left it in the freezer and couldn’t deliver it because it was an Uber Eats order. He told me he would cancel the order, but that never happened. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
