Staff was pretty friendly, I believe they had someone new, so I will give them some grace BUT we did have to wait close to 45 MINUTES for a cookie, everyone else at the table had already finished their desserts by the time my friend got her cookie. We also had to keep checking in, and we had gotten no updates throughout, if they had at-least informed us that they were out we would've gotten an alternate rather than WAIT 45 MINUTES. The password for entry is posted on their instagram page highlight. You have to know it and say it out loud to get into the cookielab! It’s a special experience. Such a fun late night spot to enjoy a cookie with ice cream. Their brownie is delicious too. I haven’t tried a milkshake yet. They do have milk available for purchase if you want it with your cookie. We just got regular cookies and ice cream but the employees here were superrrr nice and let my daughter try serval samples, let her take her time ordering and answered all her questions. Wish I would have got the guys name but he had great customer service!
