Unfortunately the lab where you can actually make the cookies was closed when I went in the early afternoon but they had the same ingredients in process up front. I still got to customize my own cookies and happened to go during their happy hour so I was able to get two for the price of one. Customer service was great. I had to place in myself. Pretty chilled out experience and good for anyone who loves their cookies and customizing them.

Staff was pretty friendly, I believe they had someone new, so I will give them some grace BUT we did have to wait close to 45 MINUTES for a cookie, everyone else at the table had already finished their desserts by the time my friend got her cookie. We also had to keep checking in, and we had gotten no updates throughout, if they had at-least informed us that they were out we would've gotten an alternate rather than WAIT 45 MINUTES.
