I purchased a 12 pack from this place today for my daughter 15th birthday and they tasted awful. They were dry and overly soft and extra sweet. The after taste was very floury and dry. I got 8 chocolate chip and 4 peanut butter. I was very disappointed and my daughter said, “dad , they taste bad!” I tasted one and it was, I apologized to her for suggesting it. Very sad day.
Went here last night, the woman working was not friendly whatsoever, everything that came out of her mouth was mumbles. I asked her if she had a eclair cookie I saw on the display screen, she said yes and ringed it in as a chocolate chip I questioned her about it but she said it was the same price.. I left, opened up my cookies they were both chocolate chip. Not only that but one had nuts in them? So. One of my my daughter’s favorite stores Insomnia Cookies Norfolk VA! But today our visit was not pleasant at all. As we enter the store and place our order of cookies, my daughter who is 6 and has autism asked me to “potty”. I asked the young man if the bathroom was available and he said yes.
