It was my first time here, and the lady is working it was so rudeee !!!!!
This store is amazing and went out of their way for me and my boyfriends order!! We had placed an order through the downtown Norfolk location, waited an hour and 30 minutes for it and called for an update THREE times where the girl working (who said she was the manager) hung up on us 2/3 calls and was extremely rude and got mad and annoyed we were inquiring about our order. We sat in the establishment for over an hour watch multiple door dashers and as well and young girl at the counter kept saying fifteen minutes and black girl and guy with dreads moved with no urgency at all. Poorly managed establishment the fact that we waited an hour and still was sitting and they acted like it was cool. The young girl at the front just sat on the phone and with a mask not over her nose so what was the point. I’m still confused on that!
I came in for a late-night snack and what I received was four absolute units. These cookies were built different.
