I got a nine pack of cookies and one of the two chocolate chunk cookies was missing. I called about the missing cookie and the person on the phone was very rude and said that he personally made sure that there were cookies were correctly in the order and I told him that there was a cookie missing and he claimed that the delivery driver tampered with my order, but the sticker was still untouched on the box.
