Dr Munoz is the best dentist and he's funny too. He is doing an amazing job on the tooth he working on. The staff is nice and helped me not be so nervous. The ladies at the front are very friendly and welcoming. Thank you in smyle dental
Very impressed with knowledge of staff and service provided.
The only issue was that I waited over 30 minutes for my appt. I wish someone would have let me know the Dr. was behind. I was also put into a room and not let know it would still be a few minutes. However, once I brought this to the staff's attention, everyone was apologetic and did their best to get me out as soon as possible. I really appreciated everyone saying they were sorry and doing their best to get me out right away. Everyone is always very friendly, which is always nice! Great service, Keep it up!
Dr.Frank and Lucy are the best. Even tho dental visits aren't my favorite pastime, In Smyle is the closest thing to having fun you can do at the dentist. Their care is excellent and and it only hurts a little bit.
The staff is always pleasant, from Nancy @ the front desk to Sandra. I hate to go to the dentist., however these two young ladies make it easier
By far the best dentist office in the north to the south side of the Chicago Metropaliton area as well as reasonable in cost. We use to live in the north side and Dr. Munoz and Lucy were alway our first choice when it came to any dental work. Now living in Oak Forest,(171st Street South) it's became more difficult to travel the distance. However when our family has needed major dental work we always find my way back to In Smyle Dental. In short In Smyle Dental is our first choice!
