The people at this company are awesome!! They really care about their clients!! We live close enough that we can drive there. My son has foot drop and he is very hard on his brace (which, by the way, is by far the best brace out there for foot drop). Every time he screws it up - Ian puts it back together. They stand by their products. I highly recommend them!!! If any one has any questions, you are welcome to private message me!!
I have had drop foot for over a decade due to an accident and have not been able to walk with anything close to a normal gait since, after just a few minutes in this new smart step brace I am walking better than ever, I am incredibly happy with the purchase and will probably get another one just to have a backup because I don't want to be without it at all anymore!!
I placed my order with the most helpful sales staff ever! I gave my measurements and they helped me with my extra small brace for both of my feet! I have MS and I drag my feet when I walk. I can not wait to get my step smart overnighted to me!! Thank you for making such a great product and amazing staff who are kind, patient and helpful! I can't wait to see how much my walking and legs improve! So thankful there is a company like you!!
