I just wanted to let you know that this brace has made a real difference for me. I just did a 5K and took over fifteen minutes off the time it took me to complete it last year. My knee wasn’t hurting at the end of the run either. I am still getting use to wearing it and tweaking my orthotics that I wear with in the shoe with it. Just got my brace about 2 weeks ago and I absolutely love it. The fit and comfort is good and I can walk much more normally than with my previous brace.
I am thrilled with this brace. I wore one prescribed by my surgeon and it was awful. I was in constant pain and my gait was still off. I finally said enough, looked into Insightful Products, read everything I could and said why not...win/win situation...if it doesn’t work I can return it. Well it worked, it worked very well. Just got my funnel shoehorn yesterday. I have MS and have lost the use of my legs so putting shoes on is my nemesis. This funnel is the answer to my prayers. I can not believe how easy my feet slip into shoes that I physically could not get on without exhausting myself. Simply put: this product delivers as advertised. Thank you!
I have a brace for both feet. The right brace is fine but the left brace rubs very badly and painfully on the left side of my heel so I cannot wear it. It rubs where the bottom part of the bumber fits. It seems like the angle of the brace is too far over so the alignment means it cuts into my heel on the left side of the left foot brace. Any thoughts how I can resolve this?
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this brace. I have MS and like that this let's my foot move properly. BUT.....I am tough on them and I am needing my 4th one. Parts need to be available for all parts on this.
