From our first encounter we felt Insight Solar was friendly and professional. In our initial consult, Petrus described our options and answered our questions clearly. The crew installing our panels was friendly and respectful--we always felt we were in good hands!! When one panel didn't work, they sent people who worked until they fixed it. I had a great experience and learned quite a bit in the process. The family-owned business feel combined with professionalism and quality product and warranty make it a no brainier. Krystal set up my appointment, Aaron came twice to our home on an evening and weekend to explain the process, rebates, pricing, and answered all of our questions. The site visit was informative and allowed me to plan ahead to make it a smooth install. I would recommend going through Insight to any of my friends or family.
A few days ago, while my husband and I were sitting here, a car pulled into our driveway. I had a 12.4 KW system installed. Insight is very professional and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to save/create energy and improve your home. They are pro customer and easy to work with. Five stars!

Got our first electric bill since installing the solar panels. The panels were only on for three weeks during that bill's month, yet we managed to generate $60 more than what we used! I was concerned that our house wasn't well suited for solar panels because the roof is not slanted toward south and is surrounded by trees. So its great to see that it works so well even in less-than-ideal situation.
