I had trouble with this location. I was referred to them by Recovery Unplugged in Brentwood. First and foremost none of the doctors I saw for my MAT medication at this location were listed on the patient portal as people who worked there or at least the people you could send messages to. Red Flag 1 2nd, the woman in charge of making appointments, Jessica would not schedule my appointments until 24 hours before my appointment. This happened several times. Great MAT treatment program, always kind, understanding, and generous. Counselors and admin are great, been seeing them almost a year and never had an issue, definitely recommended for anyone thinking about taking a positive step toward recovery.
This place has been a saving grace. Nobody wants to end up in this situation but knowing you have them in your back pocket if you need them takes stress off of the already stressful situation. The doctors and staff have been nothing but kind and helpful. Definitely would recommend them.
