The front desk :lady: is very rude. The NP I had was unprofessional, rude and not :psychiatric savy" She basically just fills prescriptions that my other doctor wrote me before he left this practice, Dr. Vozza is an excellent doctor and will be missed as he is now retired,. Now I am looking for another doctor.

I wish I could give this review 0 stars. Leah is an awful person to deal with. For a mental health facility, you would really think they would hire more sympathetic and kind people. She screamed at me and made me cry in the waiting room. When I needed a refill, she refused to let any doctors see me and wouldn't return my calls. She is extremely unprofessional and rude. I would rather go off any treatment than have to deal with her.

I have been seeing someone in this practice for Medication Management for about 18 months. I had a very "rocky" start my first NP and I got along great. My meds were refilled in timely manner, appointments made and I could always get to have SOME kind of communications if things were tied up due to prior autos, etc. Sadly, that NP left the private practice. I began seeing another practitioner in the office. I sit here at nearly 11 PM, I called my pharmacy 7 days prior to refill my medication.....which is what was agreed upon... read more

No, I never saw one Does the provider's staff treat you well? Somewhat Was this provider helpful about using your insurance coverage? Not really

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes

It didn't seem like they took care of their office very well. It was kind of clean, but it seemed very unorganized and somewhat dirty. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan they seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I didn't have to wait long at all in the waiting room. I spent less than fifteen minutes in there. Staff very rude. Doctor is awesome!
