I had no problems. The technician answered all questions, treated the outside only as requested. They're efficient and productive in many ways. Always delighting households particularly the housewives.
I had them come out an extra trip for ant problem, inside the house. Very thorough, and it did quell the problem. Very nice that isn't an extra charge.
The 2 young men who called on me were professional and explained the process. I'm still not convinced that I will need 4 treatments this year. Will assess at the end of the year. This is my first time to use a pest company.
Insight does what they say they will do. That's integrity - keeping your character bright and flawless. Of course, if they want to win more clients, do well in your field!!
I haven't had to think about pest control because we don't have a pest problem any more. Insight took care of things and has maintained a pest free house. I've noticed a large increase in pests at the edge of my property so I was expecting to start seeing them in the house but Insight has kept them out.
Service is good. However would expect no insects after application but we still see a little bit of spiders and quite a few ants.
Professional, thorough and friendly service. I love the way they greet us - so polite. I believe they are all well-trained
