I signed up for services with this company earlier this year. A technician came and provided the first treatment which lasted less than 10 minutes. The treatment was ineffective (I still see a similar number of bugs) and it is now months later, so I called to cancel the services. I was told that there must be a minimum of one year worth of quarterly treatments or there would be a cancelation fee of $200.
