Excellent experience for our introductory service. James was outstanding and explained everything he was doing and set great product expectations, answered both mine and my wifes questions. He put bait in all our trouble areas....you could say James is a Master Baiter ! Say that ten times fast. But seriously, very happy and look forward to seeing improvements with our pest problem over the next couple months.
