Kaden was friendly, professional and most importantly found the ants! Give this guy a raise. Seriously. He was helpful and patient answering my numerous questions. Bonus he was a dog guy. This company is great. Was able to call and schedule an appt and have my property treated same day! Amazing! 10 stars all around!
Overall this service has not at all been worth the money we have paid for it. The positives: Setting up service went very quickly & efficiently. Insight pest control referred us to a company who was able to clean up debris from rats & install a rat slab, which cost $15,000 for the clean up and installation. The negatives: Insight's service however has cost us $80 / month for the past 7 months and we have only seen them three times. Kaden is amazing! We are annual subscribers for ant troubles, but when we found a wasp nest, they came out the very next day, within 12 hours, to help us as part of our subscription. I am a gardener and have an active pollinator garden, so I was worried about the impact on our bees. Kaden walked me through what chemicals he would use and shared about laws that make it illegal to harm bees, so I was assured our bees wouldn't be harmed in the process. Kayden did a great job. He spent hours in our business to clean up and you know do anything possible to get rid of the ants I’m really appreciate what he did and it’s a great company. Good price.
I really love this company and their attention to detail. The technicians are always super kind and helpful. They wear boot covers to make sure they don’t track dirt into your house and they make sure to check every bait station and take the time to understand what behaviors I’m seeing from the pests we want to get rid of.
