Insight pest solutions is a scam and they are cheats. I spoke with someone about their service and NEVER SIGNED. They sent someone to my house and sprayed without me signing a contract. Now they are trying to bill me. They are a complete scam and will take legal action if they don’t make right.
Tyler was absolutely professional and helpful the past week with regard to our existing ant prevention treatments but also treating a ground hornet nest we found two days before our monthly service. He explained the total benefits of our subscription service, which I had forgotten, and was kind and respectful.
Dallan was incredibly thorough with inspecting traps, clearing webs, and applying the solution along the perimeter of my house. He was a true professional and courteous when we asked him to check some additional areas inside the house. Had another smooth experience with Insight Pest Solutions and would highly recommend their services.
