If there was a zero I would pick that. When I entered the EMPTY store there were 3 employees. There were 2 that looked at me & then continued with THEIR conversation. NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT even after I was standing there for a minute. Then after a few more steps in THEN the other employee says Be right with you but the tone & body language spoke otherwise. Every time I go into Insight I get amazing customer service!
I have to give the Insight Jacksonville store a 5 star rating because of how the manager Victoria tended to all of my needs. The store is very clean and organized and nicely located. Any questions I had about the merchandise, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this store and the manager to anyone looking for jewelry, handbags or anything special for that special someone. The Pandora collection is amazing. Two thumbs up.. Way up!!!
