This shop is amazing as is the customer service! At Christmas while shopping, there was a ring from Pandora that I loved, but they didn’t have it in my size, the manager asked me to give her a moment; she came back and told me that she could run to one of their other stores and pick up the ring in my size....and she’d have it for me in two hours! Great customer service! Kelly took the time to find beads from another store that had been lost off my bracelet. It meant a lot to find the exact ones. Looking forward to my next visit.
Employees were not friendly, nor was my presence acknowledged when I entered the store. Waited patiently while they helped other customers. After one customer left, BOTHassociates proceeded to help the other customer, and did not offer as much as a hello, we will be right with you. I decided to leave, and chose to say good night, to which they THEN REPLIED, may we help you...you can come back in...I will not return.

Absolutely love this store! All of the girls are super sweet..Victoria always goes above and beyond for me...it doesn’t matter if it’s on the phone or in person, she’s helped for years make many many purchases AND always guides my husband in the right direction if he comes in without me!! ❤️
