Symbiotic name to our design firm in Atlanta. Worked with this team on our Insight Global project in Miami on Biscayne BLVD. Amazing team, very knowledgeable when it comes to navigating the City of Miami permit office.
The design of our simple food kiosk was poorly done and not completed as the original design had intended. The detailing was poor. The principal, Inaki and project manager, Vivian were unavailable to manage the project during construction phase, nor did they make an effort to respond to the several phone calls that we made to their office. Also, the permitting process took way too long and was quite costly.
