Dr. Chen is great. The person who handles insurance is completely incompetent.
Went to Insight Dermatology for the first time yesterday and was slightly apprehensive about what to expect. The first thing I noticed was how conveniently close the office is to the 15 Freeway and how much parking there is. So far, so good. Once i got inside I was given a friendly greeting by Becca and Rose at the front counter and comforted by the stylish decor of the lobby. i have been with Insight dermatology for many years. Ive had Dr Chen, Dr. Dela Rosa and a previous female doc. All were excellent. So thorough, so kind and professional. The office staff and assistants have always been nothing but helpful.
