This guy inspected our home before we purchased it with a thumbs up. A couple of days later, we found out our furnace had a cracked heat exchanger, leaking carbon monoxide. There was a leak under the kitchen sink that he missed, and there was water above our pantry ceiling from the roof. After contacting Wayne, he stated we could only take him to court for the cost of the inspection. Unacceptable!

We had a great experience when Wayne came out to do an air quality test, he was very friendly & knowledgeable! We had great communication with all of the staff! We got results a couple days later & followed up with a Mold inspector that he personally recommended. Would definitely recommend InsideOut Inspections!
