I was greeted by Chris who is also a friend of mine which made the inspection kind of fun! The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The inspection was reasonably priced, thorough and made the process very easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a home!
Had a home inspection on a bank owned property and Dakota and Dusty did one of the most through inspections on the home, addressed all my questions, let me tag along and ask questions, and made sure that they covered EVERY inch of the house. They helped me identify problems that could have been quite "costly" if missed. Thank you.
Had a home inspection done today by Chris Kerekes and his partner lets just say that they both did a phenomenal job and they led me through the whole inspection and looked through the house very thoroughly and informed me of any major problems along with a report. Would highly recommend👍🏼
Had my inspection today, from the time I called to set up my appointment to the actual inspection went great! Kory, Chris and John we're very helpful through the process. During the inspection John and Chris we're very knowledgeable and thorough on every aspect. Very good with explaining what they look for and who to contact about any repairs. I was able to schedule with little notice and pay online. Alex and John were on time and very professional. They explained everything they saw and answered all of my questions. I received the report the same day. It was clear and thorough. I also received tips and advice, and a comprehensive binder of home maintenance and repair information.
