I wanted to get an ozone sauna and found it on the clinic’s website. When I went to the booking page, there was just a sauna, and I thought it was an ozone sauna. However, when I arrived at the clinic at my appointment time, I learned that it was not ozone. Despite the mistake, I used the sauna. In the bathroom, there was no shampoo. After the shower, I asked for a hair dryer, but they did not have one. In the middle of winter, I had to go with wet hair. Unfortunately, I am getting sick. I don’t even know where to begin. I write this review woken up at 2 am in pain and discomfort like I have been for over a year. I sought out this clinic from the high google reviews desperate for healing. I called the clinic in tears asking could anyone see me immediately as I’ve been ill for months and no Drs. Can figure what’s wrong with me. With two young kids I was desperate to get help so I can be a mom again. They got me in immediately with Dr. V. Excellent customer service as usual They changed around the seating room for the IV and it is so much more relaxing. We do not have everyone coming and going with the cold air rushing in. Great change.! Again today had a great experience.
