Clay and Sh’Pone were both very prompt, knowledgeable, patient (I asked ALOT of questions) and friendly. They were here within a couple of hours of me calling for an appointment and then once my system was ordered they got here right away to install it. They explained in great detail what to expect from the system and how it works. I've used this type of system for 15 years. There are several companies to choose from in Tulsa metro and I have been a client of most of them. I recently emailed IA for troubleshooting system nozzles. Within 3 hours Sh'pone was at my door ready to take care of business. Thats what Im talking about!! Thanks Sh'pone

Sh’Pone and the team at Insect Assassin cannot be beat. He could have screwed me over, who knows what an insect destruction system costs? IA was fair and now I’m enjoying my yard bug free. Don’t hassle me about killing the environment, we have bats and spiders and all that other ‘nature’....IA is using natural solutions to kill mosquitos. That is all. Great job, IA!!!! ....and Sh’ Pone specifically . Great dude who is passionate about his job and totally fair with his time. IT WORKS! Thanks IA!
