Lucy, the owner, is not only incredibly sweet but also one of the best nail technicians around. She’s funny and such a baddie for real!! I went to my favorite nail artist again yesterday, and she totally worked her magic! She came up with the entire design on her own, and it turned out absolutely stunning! The purple cat-eye polish with the 3D gold details is just chef’s kiss—so shiny, elegant, and unique! I’ve been coming to INS nails since 2022, every time I have Lucy or the other amazing nail technicians there, I always leave so happy with my nails. This time around I asked for “jade” nails. The nail technician was so patient and was experimental to create the same nails I showed her. She was able to create the nails that were more beautiful than what I showed her. If you ever need to get your nails done please come here the customer service is amazing, you won’t get service like this in any nail salon.

First time doing my nails here. I’ve been looking for a good place to do my nails in Scarborough and this is it! Place is very clean, quiet. They only do appointment only and don’t overbook so they can give excellent service and detail to your nails. Lucy, the owner, did my nails and she was always cheerful and friendly throughout the process. Highly recommend this place and will come back next time I need to get my nails done! (Nails in the picture were $145 set with extensions excluding tax)
