This place does not even deserve 1 star. I am not a patient of the out patient program. I was just going in to see the therapist weekly for help with anxiety and depression. They agreed to help me file short term disability papers since we were going to trying new medication. It is over a week and they have not faxed in the papers for my short term disability.
