Couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. I was there daily for several weeks, and then engaged with their hospital support group when admitted due to an infection. Every person I interacted with was kind, empathetic, incredibly knowledgeable and clearly loved what they do for their careers - which makes a difference. I appreciate them so much!
Nice people. Do a good job healing my mother's wounds. Although I took my mother here for over a year for her lymphedema on her legs. Not once did a doctor or nurse practitioner recommend she go to a lymphedema center. Only the hospital did after she was hospitalized. One time she was discharges as if cured only to return weeks later with a new wound. That would have been the time to recommend her going to a lymphedema clinic. I don't know why no one was sharp enough to recommend she do that.
Tracy, the nurse who treats my mom, is very knowledgeable and caring. The nurse practitioner Cara has given my mom excellent care. The front desk women are universally friendly. A very well run facility. It is hard to get that initial appointment but once you do, you will set up weekly appointments until the wound is healed.
My husband has been going here for his foot ulcer and they are the best! The nurses and Dr. Gray are so knowledgable and caring. Highly recommend!
