Great experience today. The staff were all exceptional, very nice. They explained everything from start to finish without fail, and gave me time for any questions. Shout out to Dr. Khan, Tammy, Andrea and Lucy, and everyone else involved. Excellent care and compassion provided by the best Endoscopy team!! Many thanks to you all. 10+ stars.

Just had undergone colonoscopy and I appreciated the staff & Doctors co-operation till end of the completion of procedure. Excellent and wonderful management at all levels. Well done 👍
Just had shoulder surgery and the staff was awesome. Checking in, registration, Pre op all went super easy and the staff were great. The entire team came in pre-op to check in and ask if i had questions and make sure I was good. Post op went well and the staff was very patient and kind getting me back awake and through check out.
Receptionist are all incredibly unhelpful, transfer you to a non working number. Denied for simple ankle surgery, supervisor Elizabeth just as useless and unhelpful, no one seems to know anything. Waited until the end of the dsy Friday to notify of cancelation of surgery, citing "we tried every surgical code to get the Dr's approval" should be reported immediately. Incompetence throughout
