Very professional staff and surgical unit. Went in for neck/spinal surgery and was treated wonderfully. Staff checked in on my around the clock and ensured I was healing properly.
I recently visited a friend and I was shocked at what I saw. It was apparent that this hospital doesn't practice what they claim is good in-patient service. I would not want to be a patient or have a loved one in this joint because we may not come out alive. The hospital rating is a far cry from what it really is.
Excellent care, great staff. Made me feel at ease when I was sent there by my doctor for possible stroke. Fortunately I was OK. Quick care!
My 16 year old son cut his finger preparing some food last month. Wife took him to Fair Oaks where he got 5 stitches. The ER doctor did a fine job sewing his cut, but the bill on that small project was an absolutely insane $979. Even with insurance relief, the tab is still nearly $700. Outrageous fee structures like you charge is why healthcare is so horrifically broken. Much obliged if someone in a senior authority capacity would exhibit some backbone and rein in the heavy gouging. Thanks!
