I’ve been calling all day off and on, sometimes on hold for up to an hour. I’m trying to reschedule/change an appointment! You do not even get an option to leave a message. After the AI starts, I’ve requested “speaking to a nurse,” no luck. “Make a new appointment,” again no luck with a human. “Cancel/change appointment,” AGAIN no one answers the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.
The staff is friendly and I’ve never had to wait long in the office.
Dr. Benezra is a great epileptologist. Did a thorough evaluation based on my neurological sequelae. Ruled out seizure activity due to predisposing factors. Answered patient questions clearly, concisely and with in depth knowledge. Gave helpful advise on starting a trial of Ritalin based off my presentation and history. Highly trained physician.
