At 8 months pregnant I came in around 2/3 pm today for treatment of a consistent headache I had since the day prior at 4 am. I was taken to labor and delivery where I explained this is NOT related to my pregnancy. I am under close watch of a high risk doctor (in the same hospital AND saw them the morning before) and my OBGYN. This is in NO way reflective of the nurses or doctors at this hospital. We have been fighting a medical bill for TWO years with this hospital. We've documented every phone call, every conversation and still haven't gotten anywhere. They've wasted our time on a bill even our insurance company says we don't owe. STOP BILLING ME FOR THE SAME $527 that was erroneously put in the wrong account. Also, it would be nice if billing was actually. open until 5:00 (as it says on the website) instead of saying it's closed when I call around 4:30.
