RecommendedI was a patient from 9/30-10/5 on the Joint Replacement Floor. I received excellent care from everyone; RN’s, Tech’s, Therapists, Food Service; Housekeeping. Two of my favorite techs were Sadatu and Mary. We would joke around and they were SOOOO kind to me. They were very patient and told me to take my time. Anna and Sarita, the RN’s, were very professional and explained a lot to me. Again, everyone was great, but these are just some of the names that stood out. I drove 5 hours for a hip replacement. RecommendedExcellent patient care! Doctors are knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, ethical and heart warming. My whole family has gone there many years. Sometimes the wait is long but it is well worth it. They take the time to listen and not rushing you out the door. I can’t say enough about this practice. Thank God there are still doctors let like them! Highly Recommend 5 stars

The receptionist are not helpful, unprofessional and do not know a thing. The nurses make the decisions for the doctors so don’t bother with an actual doctor, they don’t choose what procedures you can get the nurse apparently does. Worst place ever they don’t even take into account what other doctors have suggested and why you need the surgery. They don’t even see you or look at your charts before denying your claims. Will never go here again.if I can give zero stars I would.
At 8 months pregnant I came in around 2/3 pm today for treatment of a consistent headache I had since the day prior at 4 am. I was taken to labor and delivery where I explained this is NOT related to my pregnancy. I am under close watch of a high risk doctor (in the same hospital AND saw them the morning before) and my OBGYN. This is not pregnancy related I just have a really bad consistent headache that I would like treated.
