I had an appointment for an imaging diagnostic, and the lack of care by the check-in staff on the 2nd floor was dismal and terrible. I felt as if my dignity and intelligence were questioned. At one point, I was left in the dark in the admission area of the imaging department. I also came to be called and picked up by the wrong name and then had to wait past my agreed-upon consult. My expiriace at loudoun Inva drivers rehab was terible and mind baglinig.I went to the rehab center on October 20/2021 paied $770.00 out of pocket what I got in return was funny I spent the frist two hours or so on some paper evaluation and the other 45 minutes or more was spent on actual driving I took ful instruction from the two ladies that was doing my evaluation and the final reasult was rediculess. Went to the Inova walk in after tumbling down some stairs. It was brilliant having the x-rays done on site. Staff at the facility were so kind and gave plenty of time for me.to ask questions. Do note they ask you to wait outside their internal door until they take your temp and they ask you the typical.covid screening questions. Mask wearing across the board too.
