ER is not good here. It’s actually terrible but then I’ve heard that INOVA is the best hospital in the V area, but I guess only the INOVA Fairfax one is the best one in the DMV area It is freezing in the emergency room, even with the warmed up blankets, but I had a great experience with the nurse who I met in mid September

Idk why the other reviews are negative, this place was great when I had to go last week & when my sister went a few weeks ago. Seems like the only decent ER left in the area focused on providing excellent customer service. Only complaint I have is the doctor was a little cold & a couple of the nurses didn't seem to know what they were doing but overall the vast majority of the staff made the (otherwise unpleasant) experience ... hospitable

Not a great hopsital. My daughter was in a mental health program here and came out worse then when she went in. They do know how to do one thing though, and that is charge (especially if you have insurance!). But that is medicine in America today, a greedy business with no concern for outcomes or moral behavior.

My father was just released from Loudoun Hospital ER and want to say everyone we encountered from the housekeeper emptying the trash, the paramedic, nurse, radiology and CT scan staff, and physician was pleasant and professional. Every encounter was with a smile that put my dad at ease. Happy we get to go home but even happier that this hospital is a short distance away.
