I just had to share my experience at Inova Birthing Center after a previously unsuccessful attempt to register as a patient. The process of getting registered at this birthing center has been a complete nightmare. I can never reach anyone, and when I do - they transfer me to a line that never picks up or can’t even help me. I can’t fathom how they would treat me as a patient, if this the care they provide to some just trying to REGISTER. Please do better!
Had me and my pregnant lady sitting in the waiting room from 730-8 pm wanting for an induction. we spent the first 15 min standing because of limited seating 5 chairs. So far bad experience .
