We went in, were seen almost immediately, the only reason we waited one minute was to fill out some paperwork, the lady at the desk was so kind to us, very happy, very professional. The staff were so incredible to my children and I. After a long day at work, my 10 year old daughter had a fever of 102.8 and was feeling awful, my 5 year old son was a little ball of energy and they didn't make me feel bad about him being a little hyper. I will never come here again this place makes me embarrassed to have worked for INOVA I would trust my life now the lives of my loved ones here clearly firing all the doctors didn't work because they just rehired ignorant fools
A very polite, friendly, understanding and awesome staff !!
My daughter had surgery yesterday and all the staff was amazing and careful. 2 nurses stayed with her in the room after the surgery was done and they were on top of things. everyone explained everything to me. They did an amazing job. :)
