They have called me over 5 times, demanding money over the phone claiming I owe them over $6K. The funny thing is, my health insurance paid it all. When they called me the first time they didn’t have my address funny right? I’m pretty sure you have to fill out forms to get treated. The lady I talked to asked me to pay over $900 over the phone and I told her absolutely not. Great experience at the ER & Ambulatory Surgery Center. Took excellent care of me & would highly recommend both facilities.
My 2 year old daughter had to get blood work done. And she was very scared. The nurse (I can’t remember her name) loved on my daughter and did her very best along with her fellow nurses to assist keeping her calm.After it was all over, this same nurse kept her promise to my daughter by giving her a Minnie night light! Thank you for loving my baby, your professionalism, patience and thank you for the Minnie Light! I highly recommend Inova Healthplex Lorton.❤️
