Hour long wait, even with preregistration and appointment
I went to this urgent care for medical treatment. I was refused treatment for not giving them my credit or debit card. I am INOVA patient for over 20 years and my insurance covers their cost. I offered to pay through check or cash, but they can’t that either. I am wondering what type of medical facility is this!

Took an hour for the rad tech to arrive for the chest xray needed. Everyone was very nice.
Well the service from doctor was good and medication was appropriate and was not prescribed. I’m not sore about this but more could have been done on doctors part quite honestly. I think he was distracted by a patient who fell and was yelling loud at the time because she was so upset. Un- nerved me a bit for sure. I have had many medical issues of past 3 months and my stress level is thru the roof. And RX would be nice but nothing was prescribed and I spent $225 dollars and sent home to take OTC meds.
