I went in for bad cold symptoms and an incredibly sore throat. I took a covid/flu test at home which was negative, was not tested again in clinic, even after I asked if the tests in clinic were more sensitive. I was tested for strep, was negative. The doc did not do thorough exam, only looked at throat. Did not look in nostrils, ears, nor feel glands on neck or listen to chest/heart. As always the INOVA Urgent Care staff and PA were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Excellent medical treatment.
The staff was great. They were kind and friendly and I was in and out within 20 minutes. I loved the convenience of being able to make an appointment.
I took my daughter to this place for her wrist pain they did X-ray there was no fracture in the bone. they gave her wristband then after 10 days we received a bill of $88 for only wristband which is only $10 on Amazon. Then I took bills to I Inova I said if it was not covered by insurance why would you give her I could by it for $10 . They said it should be discussed the front desk said and it was not me it was another person and you need call on that number which is on the bill. Then tried the whole day no answer.
