Rude staff, extremely expensive. One of their staff told me I should have gone to urgent care if I wanted to be cheap. (I simply asked why I had multiple bills with conflicting information)
The treatment my wife received in the emergency room was top notch. I will def. be using this hospital from now on.
I can't say that I'm looking forward to ever being hospitalized again; but I'm not dreading it, either. It seems like the entire staff is happy and positive here.
Had a very pleasant experience with the hospital both times I was there for total knee replacements. I would highly recommend
I was there with my grandson early Sunday morning around 1am. We was able to check right in at the front. We sat down maybe 2 minutes and we was called to the back. Seen by the on call physicaian and out. 2 hours top maybe. Great experience and caring staff. By the way awesome look Mount Vernon!
