Called in a prescription for insulin for my diabetic and mentally handicapped brother on 10/13/25. Doctors did not respond by 10/17/2025. Called doctor, was on hold for 28 minutes, and was told an urgent message will be sent to the clinical team. A nurse practitioner called back and stated the prescription was called in. When I went to pick up the prescription pharmacy states they cannot dispense as written and had faxed the doctor with no response. If you love your kids and family please read this review. I try hard to contact there office never had a answer,my son went for a doctor visit and we need to follow up because he’s not getting better at all the only person answering when we call just to schedule an appointment but nothing available soon so he has to deal with his pain losing weight for another three weeks before he gets a chance to see a doctor even we can’t go to specialist without refill from them it’s nonsense at all I will never go there again and please... read more
We make our kids appointments here only for Fernanda’s Anne pediatrician . She is the best pediatrician . It has been 5 years since we go to her .
