Bad customer service and won’t pick up the phone so patients can make appointments. The worst place to go for health care. Front desk is even worse. Clearly understaffed. Not worth your time.

Called in a prescription for insulin for my diabetic and mentally handicapped brother on 10/13/25. Doctors did not respond by 10/17/2025. Called doctor, was on hold for 28 minutes, and was told an urgent message will be sent to the clinical team. A nurse practitioner called back and stated the prescription was called in. When I went to pick up the prescription pharmacy states they cannot dispense as written and had faxed the doctor with no response.
