I just went in to get and x-ray and haven't been here in 20 years...since the birth of my daughter. The gentlelady who did my intake was fabulous, the coffee shop was still open so I got a latte and a donut (I'm weak) the barrista was great. Before I could finish my coffee the xray technician came out and brought me back. Very nice guy. So I was in and out before I could finish a latte and was treated superbly.
I had a heart bypass done in 2015, the staff here is great.
The entire knee replacement surgical experience, including Dr. Azer (Anderson Orthopedics) who performed the surgery, was exceptional! It was a first class experience from beginning to end and Dr. Azer was phenomenal!
I was an outpatient on the CVIR Unit yesterday. I was an RN for 37 years and nobody caring for me knew this. My standards of care are very high and they met all of them. Starting with the front desk, continuing to my patient care. Helena, Ann, Wendy, Alyssa, Spring and MacKenzie. You guys were all amazing. Also, Dr. Sterling. Sorry if I forgot anyone. Thank you for your wonderful, professional compassionate care!!
Great ER staff! Very efficient and personable. We were from out of town and it can be pretty intimidating to go to a strange hospital. They were very helpful.
I had an endoscopy at your hospital recently and the staff were absolutely wonderful, kind and humorous. I was a little nervous but everyone was amazing from the ladies at registration desk and office, to nurses who prepped me and of course my doctor who performed the procedure. I would highly recommend INOVA Alexandria Hospital to anyone. Thank you so very much.
Wait time for same day surgery was a lot longer than usual but once we got back there all was good. My son is wheelchair bound and they made a "weighing bed" available so we finally got a good weight on him. Thank you Alexandria Hospital!
