I moved to the Houston area (Humble) in November and reached out to Innowatts for help with getting my electric services for my apartment. I had a great experience,customer service seems to be a top priority. Steven not only helped me find the most affordable energy provider, but he also worked with the provider to get me a lower deposit.

The company representative did not give any false estimate of my future bills before I switched. Actually I am saving more than what he told me. I am very please with their service. I checked their website before I switched, and they have improved a lot since then. So there is an ongoing effort to improve. The analysis of consumption and bill is very helpful and informative. However, the font sizes are too big which makes me uncomfortable. I would definitely recommend others to use their service.

This company is very professional and very knowledgeable about their product. This app is so awesome, it has helped me reduce my electricity bill by almost 40% with no hidden fees. What more could you ask for? I would absolutely recommend this service to everyone.
