I am sorry for Rhonda's father and his current condition. We have offered to do a lesser project that would match more with what has been paid but our contract is very clear that after the 3 business day recision period there are no refunds for cancelled projects. We are still happy to do part of the project but we will not be refunding money as our contract states. she was more than a month after recision that she decided not to do this project. It would be nice to come to an amicable solution here but a full refund will no... read more

Just had them do a second bathroom. Another great job. Thomas from sales is a joy to deal with. Chris and Kevin were a pleasure to have at the house and they did a great job.
Great company. Issues can come up with any job but when they say they will continue coming back till it's right they mean it. That's why they are doing our master bath next. Thanks Innovative Restoration for your patience and honesty.
We are extremely impressed with this company. Very professional, quick to come out and write a reasonable quote. They totally remodeled our bathroom and added more Sq footage. The workers (Jared and Michael) were really hard workers and always polite and professional. I would hire them again and again for any further projects.

I've been waiting for an estimate for WEEKS and after waiting and waiting they called to confirm my appointment then called back to tell me that they don't service my area!!! I'M IN KNOXVILLE!! WHAT???? Why didn't they tell me that they DON'T work in Knoxville weeks ago? I could have called someone else and gotten on the waiting list of another company if I had known that they were NOT going to come out!!!! THIS COMPANY IS NOT RELIABLE!!!!!!!!!!

From start to finish, working with Innovative Restorations was a pleasure. Everyone was polite, courteous and respectful. The process was explained well, so there were no surprises. They men handling the work called to say they were on the way, checked in once here and before they left. There was no disruptive music, load conversations, smoking or profanity.
