Sloppy, unconcern, slow
Kimberley Santos does not do good business practices. She is untrustworthy and will breach a contract without notice. Don’t hire her for no renovations she is not a contractor!!!
I don’t know if my experience was so terrible because of my age but aside from that. The house I bought literally started falling apart after I bought it, inside and out. Now all the white paint they used to cover up all of the problems with the house up, are starting to show as well. This company sucks and everyone I worked with was terrible. Amy Gossman was most excellent to work with! Fought hard for us, kept on top of everything from papwerwork to keeping the other side on their game!
