Contacted Innovative Projects and Design to install a gazebo. They did a wonderful and professional job. The worker were very respectful, professional and handled my property with care. It was a pleasure to work with Mrs Tiffany, always keeping you updated and making you feel comfortable throughout the process. Thank you for a job well done.
I gave Innovative Projects and Design a $3000 refundable cash deposit. Once the deposit was paid, other things were added that would increase the cost of the job. When we couldn't reach an agreement, I requested the refund of my deposit. The husband and wife owners then started coming up with reasons why I couldn't get my refund. Great experience! Assembly of Gazebo went as expected. Mike and Chad were professional and polite and completed job in one day. The weather and heat were kind. I’m excited and ready to enjoy!
