I gave Innovative Projects and Design a $3000 refundable cash deposit. Once the deposit was paid, other things were added that would increase the cost of the job. When we couldn't reach an agreement, I requested the refund of my deposit. The husband and wife owners then started coming up with reasons why I couldn't get my refund.
