Called IPS after a recommendation. I am so happy I did! Jacob, the tech, was very thorough and answered all my spider hating questions! Hopefully the treatment will kill our unwelcome creepy crawlers!
Insufficient job and no follow through
Love this company! We have dealt with Brown Recluse spiders since the office moved 16 years ago. We have tried numerous other pest control companies, Innovative is the first to get it under control. I have not seen a recluse for months!! Pleasure dealing with Kathy, Perry and Jarren :)
Staff is professional and courteous. Easy to get appointments scheduled and the techs who come out to the house always work with us so we can move our dog (who doesn't like strangers) inside or outside so they can get their respective spraying done. We've used them for a few years now and will continue to do so!
