Had a good relationship with Dr. Essay for a few years before a brain injury in early 2024 put me in the hospital at Madonna. I was on a very mild pain patch, and it was no longer doing the job after my brain injury when I was in the hospital. My doc at Madonna wanted to switch to Tramadol, and asked me to call Dr. Essay's office to ask and that he would as well. RecommendedI started seeing Dr. Brooks in August of 2017 after a life saving surgery. I had complications which the hospital passed off as not being surgery related. ER doctors and other physicians were unable to help. My 1st appointment with Dr Brooks I was properly diagnosed and finally on the right track. Dr. Brooks and his nurse, Amanda, changed my life. My pain had been misdiagnosed for 5 years, and Dr. Brooks figured it out on my first visit to see him. I have been dealing with chronic pain since I was 17 years old from excessive activity, that was thought to have come from a slipped disc. I became very discouraged after years of physical therapy, injections, and oral medications that didn't work. This is because the pain was actually coming from sacroilitis, commonly misdiagnosed as back pain. Dr. Brooks figured this out.... read more

This was one of the BEST experiences I have had with a physicians group or office, they are Amazing. From check in to 'Karen' in the Pharmacy at check out this was truly a delight. I am confident and SO happy with my choice of Dr Zach and his entire staff, his PA, Nurse, & Support Personnel, as they are ALL top line professionals with sincere empathy & desire to help.
