Where do I start? Let me first say that I deserve some blame for this absolutely terrible buying experience. I was dumb enough buy a truck from these guys. That's on me. The first issue that arose with the truck was the heater didn't work. To their credit, they agreed to fix it. Purchased a vehicle from Innovative. Traded in my vehicle on the purchase. The process of purchasing a vehicle from them and trading my vehicle in on it went smoothly - but that was it. It took them 23 days to pay off my loan on the vehicle. They neglected to inform me of why it took or was going to take so long. In the meantime they sold my vehicle that I traded in - within a week. Happy with the car and the deal, but it has taken well over the allotted time to pay off my trade, which has caused a great deal of aggravation. Overall all just an average experience.

Check the vehicle you're looking at thoroughly because they don't post anything on their windows nor do they tell you about any issues on their cars. Have it checked by a mechanic before you buy from these guys. Otherwise move on to a better dealership!

The salesman was not very helpful. He just told us to go look at the car and then walked away. The car we came to look at had significant body damage even though the employee on the phone told us prior that the car was in good shape. Maybe our experience was an anomaly.
