Since 2014 my husband and I have been patients at Innovative. We love both doctors and fun staff! They take their time with patients and clearly explain procedures. Thank you for all the great care Dr. Jennifer and Dr. Matt!!
Innovative Eyecare is perfect for our family! My husband and I (as well as our three kids) get our eyes checked here every year. We have always been treated with the best care, and our kids get excited to go to the eye doctor! We love Innovative Eyecare! I always receive excellent patient care with everything from annual exams, shopping for the perfect pair of glasses, to emailing questions to the physicians! The staff is knowledgeable, accommodating, precise, personal, and respectful of my time with each appointment. Highly recommend!
Thank you so much for helping my wife get her vision back. She was having a lot of difficulty before with the new contact lenses and you fixed the problem. I can't tell you how thankful I am.
The office lacks full disclosure with pricing and fees. After my exam I was surprised with a $88 fee for a "contacts fitting". No one in the office, or the doctor, stated I was going to be charged to try a pair of contacts. After a few hours the office manager called back stating I would get a refund. This is of little consolation because I would have contested the charge with my credit card company and filed a complaint with the Oklahoma Department of Health. I pulled my records and will be going elsewhere.
