Friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Brian explained in full detail what he will be doing and why. Will definitely call this business again! Will definitely recommend him to others! Job was done beautifully. I can't see where he began and ended.
The professional manner in which work was performed by Brian and his workers. Of all the estimates we got his was the most reasonable. The clean up they did I cannot say enough. He explained everything and he was very polite. I highly recommend this company.
I had one other person give an estimate and he never even went on the roof to look at it. Bryan went right up and told me what he thought and gave me two options. (Leaking near chimney into the garage). He replaced the area that was leaking and also told me that the rest of the roof looked good and although older, it still had life left in it. I really appreciated the honesty. It goes a long way.

I solicited four bids; Innovative Construction Services submitted a bid that was about half that of the closest next lowest bid; at first I felt a bit wary considering the difference between the bids wondering why the bid was so much lower than the others. I have already recommended this company to another person. Fantastic work, thorough clean up.
They noticed another small area that was missing a shingle and fixed it without charging extra. They arrived on time and completed the job without any issues.
Excellent Service. Bryan did a wonderful job on the front of my home.
Thorough understanding of his tradespace, willing to educate the customer with pros and cons, gives attention to detail, and executed the job as promised and on schedule. Will certainly keep this contractor on file and recommend to others.
